"Matthew" - 73713
Update 7/10 - Matthew is confirmed blind and is for rescue only! This is a kill shelter and Matthew can be PTS at anytime!!! Shelter is filling to capacity quickly!!! Please help ASAP!!!
I saw this pitiful guy (pic embedded) on the Wake County Animals Shelter website and I just couldnt believe the horrible condition he is in. I am just passing along to get the word out. His id number is 73713 and his name is Matthew. They say he is six years old. This is very sad indeed and can't tell but appears to look blind to me as well as matted, muddy and gosh knows what else the poor soul is dealing with.
