Breed: Jack Russell Terrier

HW Status: Negative

Reason for needing Rescue: Blindness and Dental Disease

Behavior: Sweet and passed assessment with moderate to high sociability

For a dog that is blind. Gives kisses and will always find your nose. Fine

With other dogs and food.

Physical: Blind, obese, needs a dental (level 3 or 4) with possible

extractions. Dermatitis on rear end - possibly flea allergy

Must coordinate with a Georgia Licensed rescue group and pull the animal under a Georgia license.
