SOS! This is the 2nd of the ABUSED rotties turned in by the owner to Carson shelter on July 2nd. Both dogs are skin and bones,
almost hairless from flea infestation, eye and ear infections, you name it. The owner MUST be held Liable for thi...s abuse so do
call the shelter with ID #s and demand he is charged for animal abuse! (310)527-5158. BUT, this threads are about helping these
dogs bcz the life they NEVER KNEW is about to end in a couple of days! WHAT CAN U DO TO HELP?! PLEDGES? FOSTER? RESCUES?
