Patch has had a rough go of things so far in life. He was given to a man by his homeless owner, who in turn decided he didn't want to deal with him and put him up on a CL ad. Peaceful PitBulls of HS TX was able to get Patch and agreed to foster & give him the training he needed. She found out this week that her husband has been transferred to New York and she has 3 weeks to re-home Patch. Patch is a special needs dog, who has a lot of potential. He needs to be with someone who has the patience and love to help him, not someone who will leave him outside unattended. After only 3 weeks in her care, Patch has learned hand commands and is making great progress in training. He is very smart, fine with other dogs, and loves the neighborhood kids. Patch needs a fenced yard, and a forever home, but a long term experienced foster would be great as well. He is very special to his foster, and she has asked me to help her find a special place for him. I would love nothing more than to do just that. Patch will come with 1yr HW and flea treatment and prevention as well as a 50lb bad of dog food.
