Poor Angel is so sad and just doesn't understand why he's here. He was surrendered to us because his owners got a new puppy and the puppy played too roughly with him. At a whopping 6lbs, Angel is small enough to go anywhere with you! He does have a collapsing trachea and an enlarged heart which is very common for older dogs his size and is currently on a prescription medication daily to help him.
