This dog was found in the streets downtown LA, the person that found him brought him to North Central and has a IP on him so he is not PTS but he is unable to keep t...he dog himself,so we are looking for a private adopter or rescue group to give this lil guy a chance at a good life. timing is essential because as everyone knows this is the type of dog the city will deem unadoptable.....North Central has him in medical isolation He weighs 19lbs. the vet on staff confirmed that his wound is old and healed and he may just have to look like he does, they did however start him on a round of antibiotics.See More
