We recently moved to Spokane from Arizona and we now need to find a new home for our 6 year old part yellow lab, part shepard. She recently went blind in October. She is up-to-date on all of her shots and is healthy. We are looking for a new family that will be able to love Roxie as much as we have. The ideal home would be either an older couple or a family with older kids and no other dogs that is a loving environment for her. She is a very friendly, kind dog and loves to be around people. Since she went blind, she is a little more jumpy around young kids.We have owned Roxie for 5 years and she has never bit anyone. She does not like other dogs and does not get along with them. We adopted her from the humane society when she was 1 1/2 years old. She is microchipped and spayed. She adapts quickly to her new surroundings with her blindness. She just needs a little extra guidance sometimes to get around. She loves to play and take walks. Roxie is fully house-trained.
