Now this PISSES me off! Buddy was adopted from the shelter only to be returned back to the shelter exactly one year later deaf and with severe mange. His previous onwer's reason on intake card "landlord will not allow dog". I can't imagine how he got this way after only one year unless he was left outside and completely neglected. He is actually better off at the Agoura shelter since they treat the mange with an outside vet and they are low kill. However, Buddy will thrive much better in an home and with him being deaf he will need a loving person who will accept him the way he is.
