DEAF Beethoven's Story...
Darling Beethoven we think is deaf- sweet friendly and outgoing!!
His story, well he lived outside with buzzards roosting on top of his dog house until AC was called in to investigate. The owners moved dog house and fed in evening to prevent attracting the scavengers. The electricity got cut off and the renters split leaving the dog. The neighbors called for help.
