Can anyone help this poor baby? Her owners are currently trying to give her away on a FB classifieds page. It says she is blind and about 7 yrs. old. She is a jack russell. She is located in Kentucky. If there is a rescue out there that would take her please contact me for more info and to be put in touch with the owners. Thank you.
