Elmer is a senior Chi X with eye issues, in a high kill shelter, and is in desperate need of finding his forever home or rescue ASAP! Please help! If you find you are not in a position to help at the present time, please share his information quickly. We received the following:
OLD MAN ELMER WAS PICKED UP AS A STRAY AFTER SOMEONE CALLED IN THAT YOUNG KIDS WERE ATTACKING THIS POOR SWEET BOY WITH BRICKS. HE IS A FRIENDLY LITTLE GUY WHO DESERVES A LOT OF LOVE IN HIS GOLDEN YEARS.
He needs medical care but is not getting any. This is a high kill shelter and they have 700-800 dogs there and not enough help.
