Jinks was found wandering a Chattanooga, TN parking lot when someone found him and brought him to McKamey Animal Center. Unfortunately no one reclaimed him. He is blind and he is a senior dog. He is heartworm negative and he weighs about 32 pounds. He is a real sweetie and needs rescue. See contact info below.
