ACE
This handsome guy is a 4-yr old male PBT with partial hearing. He is 4 years old, neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, and will be microchipped. He is great with children, female dogs, and volunteers at the shelter said when properly introduced just fine with male dogs also. Ace is also fully house-trained. He is now in a high kill gassing facility and is in desperate need of finding a forever home or rescue ASAP!!! He deserves that much! $670.00 has been pledged to any 501(c)3-approved rescue that takes him. Please help!!!
Sadly it appears Ace was likely used as a bait dog at one time - there is evidence of teeth filing, multiple healed puncture and laceration wounds, and he is missing his left ear, which appears to have been torn/chewed off. Because of this, Ace is deaf on the left side, but that doesn't slow him down a bit - he has the CUTEST little head cock that he does when he is trying to listen hard.
Jenn writes the following: "He is a sweet boy. His story started when his previous owner got him as a pup after someone had tried to use him as a bait dog and she had to have his ear removed. He is UTD on all vaccines, HW neg, neutered, great with female dogs. He was house trained at one point. He knows sit and shake and was an inside dog when he lived with his first owner. His first owner is now homeless and thought that Ace had ended up in good hands, it will break her heart if I have to tell her that Ace is in danger again and I'm sure that if she could she would go and get him as soon as she found out. Ace is also kid friendly!"
