URGENT SENIORS!!!

‎05.04.12 - Arlington, TX: Max

Max's owner was taken to a hospital because of a... house fire and Max ended up in the shelter. Poor guy couldn't be vaccinated b/c he's so sca red after surviving the fire and now being separated from his owner. Poor old boy is 15 years-old, NEUTERED and weighs just 32 LB. Regrettably, we seem to be seeing more and more SENIOR CHOW/Xs being DUMPED at shelters. What a HEARTBREAKING TREND this is. The CONFUSION and FEAR they must feel! The need is so great, we are setting up an album just for them. All SENIOR dogs are considered URGENT; many times, they are NOT likely to be ADOPTED or RESCUED. Please open your HOME and HEART to a SENIOR!
