NALA URGENT!
(A1436242) I am a female black and tricolor Border Collie and Australian Shepherd.
Nala 1436242 came in on the 24th as a stray and we’ve determined that she’s a blind and possibly deaf beautiful Border Collie, 3 yrs old. You would probably know better than us her temperament, but she startles easily, responds great to scratches and being led, and is a generally happy girl. She smells perfectly well and relies on that a lot to know her world. We just love her. She’s 49 lbs.
The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old.
I was found as a stray and I may be available for adoption on 06/01/2012.

Coat dirty, severe flea infestation, dermatitis suggestive of FAD
mammary gland slightly swollen.

Pet walks but afraid due to the fact that she is unable to see.
Lungs-naa
Pet will remain under observation, if neurological signs worsen humane euthanasia will be indicated.

ReplyDeleteIf you are interested in her, please don't wait until her due out date. Nala may be put to sleep before this time. Key Largo is only an hour away from Miami. Can you drive up and meet her? You can put a hold on her as a private adopter, that will ensure her not being killed and once her due out date is up , she would be spayed and you can come and take her home.
