Adorable, Blind, 10 year old Maltese, weighs 7 pounds, looking for her loving forever home she so richly deserves. She is the sweetest little girl who wants only to be loved. Her rescuer writes the following.
This poor little girl has had a terrible time in life. At ten years of age, after years of neglect, she was dumped like trash in the night box of Palm Beach County shelter. Her eyes were matted shut and she was flea infested. Because of her serious neglect, the poor girl doesn't have a tooth in her little mouth. As a result of her untreated dry eyes, she is also blind.
Believe it or not--she doesn't have any hard feelings about her unfortunate past. She is the sweetest little girl who wants only to be held. She needs to be with someone who can spend time with her as I believe that she spent most of her life isolated outside. She should not be with any more than one or two other small dogs. It is a little overwhelming for her. As she cannot bite, she can be around older children. Other than these issues, she is in great health. She is being treated for her dry eyes and the vet said that there is a chance that some vision may return. She is playful and has high hopes for a better life. I am offering any 501C3 rescue, with references, a 300.00 donation to help find her a new loving and safe home to live out her senior years.
