Blackie is an adorable senior long-haired dachshund who has cataracts.... His owner has just gone into a senior home. He is in the Shafter, CA shelter and is looking for rescue... He's got a video, too! Now Blackie needs a new home. He is sweet, loving, good with other dogs & doesn't bother cats. He is puppy-pad trained. He walks on leash. He's down to one tooth on his upper gums. (Not sure if that means he has teeth on the lower or not.) Such a cute dog!
