Precious Charles is five years old and is blind. He is a calm, submissive and gentle dog who walks well on a leash and carefully explores the shelter yard. Charles is housebroken, too. He is a loving dog who enjoys being held and cuddled and petted. Even though he does not see, Charles gets around fairly well due to his excellent Beagle sense of smell. Charles was found abandoned and never claimed. He is heartworm negative, wormed and current on all vaccinations. Charles will be neutered and microchipped prior to leaving the shelter.
