This very handsome fellow is Norman Rockwell! Norman is in need of rescue ASAP! He is located in Lexington Park, Maryland.

Norman was turned in as a stray to the local shelter, and his adoption fell through. He's been pulled to get him out of the frightening shelter, but this is very temporary, and he may need to be returned to the shelter unless rescue is found. Norman is a blind doxie/chi? mix, about 10 or 12 pounds, is neutered and hw-. He is also up to date on vaccines. Norman is very friendly, good with other dogs, and hasn't yet had an accident in his crate! His age is unknown, but he does have some broken teeth.
