Boomer was found at the top of Mason City Hill in Nelsonville. He is thought to be around 3 years old. Boomer does not present well while in his kennel but if you show him a leash his demeanor changes in a heartbeat and becomes your best buddy. We have reason to believe that Boomer is deaf.
