This sweet boy was found at a local business with 3 chains hanging from him and was half starved. He is deaf. He is in a shelter in Spruce Pine NC. Please help him find a rescue or forever home.

I walk well on a leash and I get along with other animals. I can "sit" and "shake" and "roll over" I'm such a smart boy!! I weigh about 75 pounds and I was born April 2008. Adoption fee is $50 cash or check or $55 with Paypal with the approval of adoption by staff. Vaccinations are up to date through adoption date.
