They just found out at the shelter that poor little peke girl Hazel is blind. This is a very rescue friendly shelter but they are also very high volume, high kill so she needs to get out of there as soon as possible. When they say that the dog needs a commitment by closing time the day they are due out they unfortunately mean it. All contact informatoin can be found below.
