This poor little, blind Shih Tzu was dumped on a busy road. Fortunately she was not hit by a car. She is a sweet little girl, but is older.

Poor Baby...Have you tried contacting Rolling Dog Farm in Lancaster NH they are an animal sanctuary for disabled pets. This darling would just fit right in.
