SAFE! FL, Fort Walton Beach DD (Blind) Lab & Chewy (seeing eye dog)

D.d.

Labrador Retriever Mix: An adoptable dog in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Large • Adult • Male

I am a beautiful male black Lab mix who was turned in to the shelter because my owner couldn't afford to take care of me anymore. I came to PAWS with my companion female dog, Chewy, who is my seeing-eye dog. I'M BLIND. I must be able to stay with Che and be adopted with her since I don't know how to get along on my own.I'm a sweet boy with a wonderful temperament and I'm only 36 pounds so I wouldn't be too big for most homes. I'm neutered and ready to go home with you if you would choose to help me . I'm very disoriented and frightened here in this run and would like to go to a forever home where my friend and I would be safe and loved. Please visit with me and see how easy it would be for you to give a handicapped dog a happy home.

  1. What can I do to help? I'm in Phoenix. I'll do anything to help.

  2. Need to save these two. Can't take them - I have 6 dogs who have a closed pack.
Can we try to get some sponsorship money to help a rescue pull to give more time to place?
I'll help with sponsorship and transport if they come west towards Texas.

  3. only thing i can suggest is calling the shelter and asking them to set up a chip in on their behalf, and you can tell them how mucch you want to pledge to start.
