This sweet little guy has suffered from neglect for so long he has eye issues/discharge coming out of both eyes.....poor little guy needs some love and comfort....pics are below at end of message....so cute....

We have a really sweet little Shih Tzu mix in our shelter that is in need of rescue. He has been suffering from neglect and so very much needs a loving safe place to go to. He is very friendly and sweet.
