This very handsome boy is Capone!! Capone is at the Washington County Humane Society in Johnson City, TN, and he needs rescue!
Capone is about 8 - 9 years old and weighs about 30 pounds. He appears to be blind in both eyes, but otherwise healthy. He is very friendly and good with other dogs - and he keeps his kennel clean!
