This sweet boy needs a home asap! Sparky is approx 9 yrs old, blind due to severe cataracts, from having diabetes and he is a sweetie pie! Sparky is a special needs dog, missing many teeth and has been wearing diapers. He was emaciated but now doing much better! Please contact either the Blount County SPCA or 4 Chics and a Cat.
