This sweet girl is an owner surrender because she would come when the owner called her and she was getting out in the street. HELLO...she's deaf! :( She is good on a leash, very sweet, and wanted me to love on her while I volunteered to walk her yesterday. She had held her business until I took her outside too so I think she is house broke. She tilts her head when she looks at you like she is trying to hear you. She is in a Crowded fatal facility in Decatur, TX.....She needs help fast!
