Simba is currently residing at Yavapai Humane Society in Prescott Arizona. He is a 2 y/o American Bulldog mix that I have taught sign language and he is phenomenal! He finally has communication and is so happy and engaging. Simba needs to be pulled by a rescue/foster or adopter ASAP.
