Oh No......poor blind kitty Beanie lost his home.....his human went into a nursing home......please cross post to your kitty contacts.
Beanie is 2-3 yr old male DMH whose owner sadly went into a nursing home and the family found homes for her other cats, but no one wanted poor Beanie, Beanie has a congenital defect which has cause him to be blind in both eyes, Beanie is very sweet, but the shelter is no place for a scared blind kitty. Beanie is up to date on vaccinations and FeLV/Fiv negative. Please Contact me ASAP if you can help Beanie!!

Hi! I have a No-Kill 501c3 Cat Rescue in NE Ohio that wants to rescue this little blind boy named "Beanie". Can out of state rescue be coordinated? I called contact listed above, this morning, and left a message. Thank You, Kim Keil
ReplyDeleteThe shelter will have to tell you that, we just post the information. Goodluck i hope that you can save this sweety
ReplyDeleteKim, if you are able to take sweet Beanie into your rescue and start a chip-in for vetting and transport, I'll share with my network on facebook.
ReplyDeletePeter, Sounds wonderful!! I will friend request U! I am still waiting to hear back from shelter that has him....May have to call again. I left messages with Dayniese Hurley. We will also need help with transport. TY for offer of help!! ~Kimberly Keil

ReplyDeleteLooks like all other options for Beanie are not working out. We were a back-up offer of rescue if nothing came together. We are sending in paper work to rescue him now! We will need transport help once given the okay from this shelter! Any postings for help with this transport will be very appreciated! Once approved I will let everyone know! Paper work will be sent in by February 2nd. tomorrow. Beanie will be neutered Feb. 2nd tomorrow. Will update once I get more info.! Thanks, Kimberly Keil :)
ReplyDeleteI am a Virginia home willing to take him in if needed (and know a relative in Maryland who would probably be willing). We have no money, but know how special blind cats are! katefollot@gmail.com
