•Animal ID : 15034990

•Age : 3 years
•Gender : Male
•Color : Black / White
•Spayed/Neutered : Yes

Hanz is a very special boy just looking for a very special home. Although visually impaired, Hanz doesn't let that slow him down. He still has partial vision and with his condition it is unknown whether it will remain the same or will grow progressively toward total blindness. He is gifted with a very happy, positive, disposition and an extremely loving nature. He is very gentle at his food bowl and will need to learn to take treats gently from your hand. He loves all people, affection and is very, very playful. He showed little interest in cats. We do recommend a slow introduction to other dogs due to his over-enthusiastic greeting because of his inability to clearly see. Come give this unique guy his forever home today.

Update 2/12/12
Hanz is doing well. Super handsome sweet guy. Thank you for cross
posting him. He is urgent and he's probably made it to that status
just because of the uneducated interest we've had in him. People not
willing to take on the potential issue. I do stress he is sighted
currently and it could... be degenerative. Thanks again

  1. He is beautiful. Sharing on my Facebook page (http://blinddeafdogs.blogspot.com/2012/01/xx-urgent-oh-wooster-hanz-vision.html) and on Twitter (FiveSibes™Mom) and hoping he gets into a forever loving home real soon!
