SAFE!! NJ, Vineland "Snoop" Blind Lab

Snoop is in foster through the shelter , but still needs a forever home.

I attached a photo of our beautiful yellow lab Snoop. She's a spayed female, about 5-6 years old. She's been with us for a few days and has just blown us away with how awesome she is. She gets along with dogs and cats and has been our "office dog" during the day, not minding at all the bustling office. She just finds a quiet comfy place when she's ready to lay down. Our veterinarian examined her today and believes there is a chance she could recover some sight (I'm sorry I don't know any of the "technical" terms, I'm awaiting her report) with the help of an ophthalmologist.
I don't know if the shelter has the funding available to provide this for her. I'm reaching out to see if you have any resources or space to help her. She is absolutely darling... She's not at any risk of being put down (she has never even seen a kennel- just been passed around from office to office!) We are trying to get her into one of our foster homes so she can start learning a space and not bumping into things as much. I just don't know that we can provide the vet care she needs to regain her sight, and I hate to leave her blind if there's more that could be done for her. She deserves only the best... Thank you!

  1. God, I know there is some one out there with an open heart and plenty of room in their soul and home to give Snoop what she so richly deserves. I believe in Miracles!!
