URGENT!!! PA, Philadelphia "Sam" Beagle with Cherry eye (Bonded with Joy)

SAM (tri-color beagle) and JOY (lemon beagle)

This bonded pair is Joy and Sam. They are owner surrenders at ACCT in Philadelphia. Sam has eye issues/possible cherry eye. The shelter is not sure but still do not have the means to help Sam with this. Please share these two sweet bonded girls....they urgently need rescue before they loose their lives.
The shelter is packed to capacity and we need foster and adoptive homes ASAP!

Joy and Sam- URGENT Joy (14614270) and Sam (14614326) are two female 5-10 year old girls who came to ACCT because their owner could no longer afford to take care of them. And it certainly shows. Joy, the cute little lighter Beagle mix, has some hair loss by her tail, and Sam, the purebred beagle, has very bad eye issues. We are not sure of the cause, currently, but it may be cherry eye, and would need to be surgically repaired, which sadly, we cannot do here as we do not have the means. These two girls are quite bonded, and it’s preferred that they go somewhere together. They are both very sweet and outgoing, even with strangers. They deserve to be back in a home where they can be spoiled absolutely rotten! Please don’t wait—these girls desperately need to get out of ACCT, ASAP! Photos at:
