Choclo was just surrendered - they don't have time for him..... This is a sweet dog who just wants to be by your side. He is 2 years old and blind. The owner says he is okay with other dogs except around food. Also says he is good with kids - he has a 9 year old daughter. He is not neutered.
I just HATE him being in this shelter - it is so sad. PLEASE can anyone help him???
