Medical Summary scan negative male T: 101.9 P: wnl R: 36 rpm..labored breathing very nervous, attempting to bite, very limited handling coughing squinting left eye, occular discharge, red sclera...conjunctivitis burn marks on left hind limbs and shoulder, no bleeding or open wounds sores on inguinal region no vaccinations given at this time As per Dr. Tejada start on Baytril 22.7 mg tabs 1.5 tabs SID PO x 4 days, TAB OPTH BID x 10 days, check repsiration BID and vet check every day for 3 days rec/ new hope placement asap or transport to outside clinic for treatment
