SAFE!! MD, Baltimore "Dunkin" Shih Tzu almost Blind due to neglect

Meet Dunkin:

Dunkin is a male (unaltered) shih-tzu mix approximately 6 years old who has
dry eyes that have been left untreated. He has lost sight in his left eye and
has minimal sight in his right eye. He will need medication for his eyes for
the rest of his life. He is a stray that was found in a backyard. Dunkin is available for rescue today.
