This is a hound /mix , black and tan female, .she has a old left eye injury that looks like a cataract.
She is about 35-40 lbs and is about 2-3 years old. Shy in the dog lot ,wanted to hide in the igloo,
but not so bad when taken out of the lot, she will need some training.
Disabled man’s wife left him and he has no money for food ,not able to care for them,
this dog is out back of the property with 10 others in 2 crowded lots and one is chained,
muddy, filthy conditions with little to no shelter. needs a rescue & needs to see a vet also.
