This poor boy is in the shelter in Laurinburg, NC. He is approximately 3 yrs old, neutered and very friendly. He has cherry eye in his right eye and heartworm positive. Please share this boy with everyone. The shelter staff are trying desperately to save him. He is urgent, as the shelter worker wrote in her plea...."time is not on his side".......
