We received the email below about a rescue in Melvern, Kansas, that is shutting down because of the health of the rescuer. There could be as many as 50 dogs there. I've included two FB links below...
We also have a dog with one healthy eye and severe entropion in the other. He is a little Shar Pei mix named Casper. He showed up as a stray several years ago, and our vet at the time said his eye had receded too far for entropion surgery to be effective. He said the eye can be removed and sewn shut if it ever shows signs of serious irritation. Casper is also on our petfinder site.
