I am a male black and white chihuahua lh and pekingese mix. The shelter thinks I am about 9 years old.

I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 11/08/2011 from NY 10458, owner surrender reason stated was INAD FACIL. I came in with Group/Litter #K11-08253.

Dilated pupil OD with no menace. Menace weak (when present) OS. Conjunctivitis, mild buphthalmia and blepharitis with corneal scarring/vascularizqtion OS. ocular discharge OS. Rectal: N/A Uro: Male/intact with 2 descended testicles Cleaned eyes and applied TAB Recommend continuing ocular medications OU BID x 7 days Ophtho consultation recommended post-placement along with echocardiogram Doxycycline 10 mg/kg PO SID x 10 days (0.65 ml)

DO NOT call and say you are adopting unless you are going to go down there and get the dog. It is a waste of the staff's time to explain the adoption procedure over the phone, for someone to purposely not show up? They need every free second of their time to process Lost and Found checks and care for the animals. Not to mention people will think the dogs is safe and then they die.
