SAFE!!XXX URGENT!!! MN, Hibbing Deaf Lab Pup & Littermate

Hi, I am in need of some help.

Shortly before my son was deployed to Iraq (currently serving) he and his wife found out that the female dog they have was pregnant. There were a litter of 5 but the first was still born and the second passed hours later leaving 3 puppies needing homes. recently the puppies had all found homes however one was returned to my daughter-in-law because they found out the puppy was deaf. The puppy is primarily black lab. As I stated my son is in Iraq and his wife works full time. They also are the owners of the parents, but their home is in town and it is a rental since my son is in the military and could not keep a 3rd dog. Especially one that would need extra care and training. the older dogs are adjusted to their environment because my son had the time to work with them before he left and they did not have the special needs
