This poor chow is VERY URGENT! He is in a kill shelter and his 72 hours were up yesterday.... they are holding him only because we are working to find him rescue, and we have no idea how long they have given us. The shelter volunteers are doing the best they can, but they have limited resources....

He is an adult chow, came to the shelter as a stray, not neutered. There is no history on him....

We don't have any vetting at shelter currently, but will see if a local vet can do a health certificate. We only have a handful of active volunteers and no foster programs in our area, limited knowledge since several of us just recently got involved.
