SAFE!! IL, Chicago Deaf Golden Retriever Pup

I have a cerebral palsy (CP) 8 week old Golden Retriever. He is purebred and came out tangled with another puppy by his umbilical cord. He appears fine at first but realize he is deaf. His balance is good but he is a little clumsy. He is the first one to greet you and doesn't leave your side. He will cry if seperated from me or her litter mates. He feels lost. He eats regular dry puppy chow with no problems. He goes potty perfectly fine. He will require someone who is able to give him the attention and training for a puppy like him. He has his shots and dewclaws removed. HE IS NOT FREE but will go to someone who can demonstrate the ability to care for him. He truely is one special puppy and beautiful to boot.
