XXX URGENT!! PA, Philadelphia ACCT "Butterball" Blind Maltese Mix

This amazingly sweet Maltese mix came to ACCT as a stray and has been winning us over one by one. Butterball is a confident boy that will sniff you out and leap into your arms when you open the kennel door. He seems to be blind, but he gets around very well! Butterball is probably 3-5 years old and just as snuggly as could be!
