HELP! Owner surrenders that were turned in yesterday 9/28
Buster white/beige 10 month old chihuahua mix & Moochie 7-8 yr old long haired chi mix appears to be blind in both eyes!
Both were inside dogs...can anyone help NOW? Hate to see one to without the other they look like Buster helps Moochie along!!
