Blind.
Needs help.
Right now he is in Edison Animal Shelter, but he is not doing well there. If anyone can foster him with his special needs or if possible be pulled out by a special needs rescue, please let Loving Care know. 908-420-0134

UPDATE : 8-18-2011
Lucas is 12 yrs old, male neutered. It is not clear what caused his blindness it is listed on our background form that he went blind from glaucoma, so he was not born blind. He is friendly and playful with children, he lived in a quiet household for 8 months. He has never bitten, growled, or snapped at anyone. He is housebroken, he also holds it while he is here until we can have a volunteer or an ACO take him outside, it is also listed that he does not along with male dogs, but okay with females. He is very affectionate and loves to get attention.
Here he is very sullen, not going in the cage, and he just bumps into everything and will not lay on the bed in the cage. He back legs appear to be weak which could be from the lack of food and water.
