Here's Mr. Friday, in Texas. One deformed blind eye (microphthalmia), cataracts developing in the other. Dumped in shelter.
Here is the petfinder info.

The info about the cataracts is new discovered by a vet. His vision has decreased since he was there. The shelter, which is in rural TX, does not have much of a chance of placing a blind dog. They really want to find him a rescue that has a better chance, and they want to try and find it before Friday is completely blind.
This precious guy was dumped over our 10' gate one Friday night........hence his name. He was so lucky that he survived being put over such a tall fence. He is a happy guy. Mr. Friday is a Chow Chow/Shepherd X; he loves people and swimming pools. One of his eyes has been damaged. Our vet said that Mr. Friday was probably born that way. But, nothing slows him down. He is able to play fetch and loves to play with the other dogs. Mr. Friday is seeking a loving family with a fenced yard. For more information call Judy at 254 597-1296.
