SAFE!! OR, Portland "Bill" Blind Senior GSD

Bill was picked up as a "stray", but was almost certainly abandoned. It's so heartbreaking to this about a Senior dog who is blind and has been dumped by his people. His fear and confusion must be overwhelming for him, yet the Shelter staff say he is easy to handle, sweet and responds nicely when you talk to him. Please help him get out of the shelter immediately!!
