I am at the CUmberland County SPCA in Vineland NJ. Our animal control officer just brought in a senior Yorkie, who is blind and has a mass of some type on her chest. We are trying to move her to foster for the time being because she is terrified in the shelter, but are also seeking rescue help for her, as she is really sweet. If you may be able to help her, please contact me. We are hoping for the best for this sweet girl (it would be nice if an owner came forward for her- she is clipped decently).
