Conneticut "Opal" AKA Luna PBT w Cataracts

this young lady was rescued from high kill shelter and put into a foster home that is not working out, she is in danger of being brought back to the shelter, this girl has adult cataracts and needs to be placed into a nice quiet home with someone who as experience with pitbulls and special needs dogs. vet did say she is mostly blind not sure if this condition can be changed if a specialist is called. this girl needs a patient owner willing to spend time with her daily and give good training as she has been sheltered and needs good loving. she is up to date on her shots and is not spayed..she enjoys being outside during the day and spending time under the porch but its dirt and it seems to give her fleas, she has been treated but they continue to return..
prefer a home with dog savvy cats or no cats, seems to do well with other dogs from the experience she has gotten along well with a male pit, had some questionable interactions with a female lab. the scamper and barking of 3 little dogs seems to confuse her and cause her to get a little hyper. she love people and seems to connect well with men.

please help us get luna into a safe home!
